As the GENÇLER CABLE family, we aim to create awareness and leadership through the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) management systems we have established during our activities in the cable manufacturing sector.
To establish Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety goals, a quality management system that is compatible with the purpose and context has been established.
Through periodic training, we aim to raise awareness among all our employees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders who may be affected by our activities.
In the development of future products or processes, we prioritize environmental protection and energy efficiency. We consider environmental and occupational health and safety awareness in our process designs by ensuring the effective use of our process inputs and energy resources, reducing waste, promoting recycling, and preventing pollution.
We commit to complying with current Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation, the requirements of the organizations we are members of, and other relevant conditions.
We aim to provide a healthy working environment, taking into account the opinions of employees, to prevent injuries and health impairments, eliminate hazards, and reduce EHS risks.
We are committed to continuously improving the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
We aim to sustain the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management System through the joint efforts and participation of management and employees.
