In this context, we continue our work with a commitment to the social responsibility principles we have adopted, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Our Principles and Values of Social Responsibility

● We pledge to ensure a peaceful working environment within the company for our employees, free from any form of discrimination based on language, religion, color, race, gender, political views, marital status, or physical condition.

● We provide Occupational Health and Safety services to establish a healthy and physically safe working environment, and we supply the necessary protective equipment. We identify potential risks and carry out preventive measures.

● We arrange transportation for employees to get to the workplace through shuttle services.

● We take preventive measures to address situations such as bullying, psychological violence, verbal abuse, ill-treatment, and harassment, making it clear that such actions will result in severe consequences.

● We do not employ personnel who are legally considered minors in any way, and we do not even allow them to be present within the production area for any reason.

● We provide for the daily meal needs of our employees. In this regard, we work with organizations that have the necessary certifications and international standards to ensure food safety and proper hygiene conditions.

● We do not employ any personnel without insurance within the company.

● We respect employee rights and freedoms and comply with the provisions specified in the Turkish Labor Law. We are sensitive to ensuring that employees receive their entitled paid leave, annual leave, and overtime pay.

● Taking into account the healthcare needs of our employees, we ensure that they can receive healthcare services with the support of contracted doctors at the on-site infirmary within the company.
