OUR CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT


• Complying with the laws,

• Fulfilling one’s duties within the framework of fundamental moral and humanitarian values,

• Not deriving unjust gain or benefit from individuals or organizations for any purpose whatsoever,

• Refraining from giving or receiving bribes and promptly reporting any suspicion of bribery or corruption,

• Not making commitments on behalf of the company without the approval of upper management, both internally and externally,

• Obtaining written approval from upper management before accepting any business meal, travel, or invitation to be conducted outside of the company,

• Acting in accordance with disciplinary rules and business ethics while carrying out one’s duties and assisting colleagues in this regard, and avoiding behaviors that could obstruct or put them in difficult situations,

• Not engaging in any actions or investments that could influence decisions related to their duties or hinder their work,

• Taking care of all the company’s tangible and intangible assets (data, information), protecting them against potential loss, damage, misuse, abuse, theft, and sabotage,

• Avoiding relationships with customers, business owners, subcontractors, outsourcing partners, and suppliers that violate company rules or create unofficial and inappropriate situations,

• Not engaging in any other work during working hours and not accepting any service, whether paid or unpaid, on a permanent or temporary basis.

• Not working in areas or with companies related to the company’s business outside of working hours,

• Not changing passwords without notifying authorities, not giving passwords to other users or third parties without permission, and not disclosing server passwords to others,

• Not engaging in unauthorized interventions in information systems, refraining from attempting to access confidential information in information systems without authorization,

• Not abusing one’s authority, not acting with the intent to benefit oneself or others knowingly,

• Not removing any documentation, products, raw materials, materials, tools, equipment, or devices from the workplace without permission or in violation of the company’s security procedures/instructions or specific procedures/instructions related to the subject,

• Not installing or using programs/software from unauthorized sources on personal systems that are unrelated to work purposes, and not using unlicensed software or software that could lead to license violations,

• Not using one’s job/position’s privileges, the company’s resources, goods, and materials for personal, family, or third-party/business interests that conflict with the job/position,

• Not making unauthorized purchases from suppliers with whom one has any connection,

• Not engaging in behavior that could influence decisions related to benefits such as job changes, salary increases, etc., for close relatives employed in the company,

• Not soliciting in-kind or cash donations/services from customers, business owners, and suppliers for individuals, charities, civil organizations, or other entities,

• Ensuring that all records are kept and archived in a healthy manner without delay.

• Notifying upper management of information requests from third parties that fall into the “confidential” category for the company,

• Taking all necessary precautions to prevent the theft or damage of company assets,

• Not sharing information/documents learned in the course of work with unauthorized individuals or entities, whether inside or outside the company, for any purpose whatsoever,

• Except for materials given in accordance with legal and commercial practices, customs, and traditions, no gifts or offers that create an impression of wrongdoing (such as providing privileges or references) should be accepted.

• In the event of any behavior, speech, or suspicious situation related to bribery and corruption, it should be reported directly to etik@genclerkablo.com or the company owner. Those making reports will be kept strictly confidential.
