ROHS-REACH POLICY
Our company policy aims to uphold our quality standards while prioritizing human health, adhering to globally accepted criteria.
We monitor Rohs Reach tests to identify certain restricted substances harmful to human health.
All raw materials sourced from suppliers and produced in our facilities (such as PVC and granules) have Rohs Reach reports.
Our raw materials produced by our company undergo Reach and Rohs tests each year at an externally accredited laboratory to ensure compliance.
For raw materials sourced from suppliers, up-to-date Rohs and Reach compliance reports are requested and tracked for their currency.
Additionally, our ROHS-1 testing is carried out a second time in our laboratory using calibrated equipment for all materials entering our company, whether produced internally or externally.
Currently, controls are conducted for compounds identified by Reach testing, heavy metals according to Rohs-1, and the banned phthalate group according to Rohs-2, with an annual update of this process. In this context, we expect our suppliers to keep their reports up-to-date even if any compound or element becomes subject to restriction, even outside our industry. |
